You can find out when a stock has a new buy signal in several ways.
1. You can add a stock to your watch-list and choose the alert check box. You can choose what criteria you want to be alerted of. 
2. You can go to the New Buys tab on the musclestocks tab each day to see what the highest rank new buys are.
3. You can screen for all stocks that have gone from hold to buy on the screener. You can also narrow down that list by adding more search criteria.
